Walkthrough the Professional Process

Seamless Professional Process

Contact/Call

If you are considering collaborating with me, please email me to arrange a discovery call.

Initial Meeting

During our call, we will delve into the details of your project, and I will address any inquiries you might have regarding working with me. Following the call, I will send you a custom quote based on the project’s specifics, which will lay the groundwork for the formal contract.

Concepting and Shooting

Once we reach an agreement on the terms, I will send over a contract and request 25% of the fee upfront for preliminary work. Subsequently, I will provide you with a concept proposal for your approval, ensuring that we have the right foundation for success. This will confirm that all branding colors and story themes are accurately established.

Pre-Production

After you approve the mood boards, I will proceed to source and create any necessary props to achieve the desired custom look and feel.

Photographs

Once I receive your product or recipe, I will begin shooting. Alternatively, if required, we can schedule a time to meet at your establishment for onsite location shots.

Post Production & Final Approval

Upon completing the shoot, I will upload the images to a shared drive for you to review and select. You will receive both low-resolution images suitable for web use and high-definition images suitable for print. I am happy to accommodate one revision for each image specified in the contract but please note that I do not perform body modifications on portraits or staff images.

Final Images

After confirming your image selections, I will deliver the fully edited images, which you can download directly to your preferred hardware.

Copyright

As the photographer, I retain the copyright to the images taken. However, I am willing to transfer copyright to you for an additional fee.

Licensing

Finally, my initial contract includes a five-year licensing agreement. Once this period ends, you have the option to renew the licensing for an additional cost.
